The guides for each activity were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and on time. The tours were nice and well organized. The reef experience included breakfast sandwiches and a hot lunch of chicken, steak, and sausage, along with several different kinds of salads. The Daintree day was very nice but a bit long. Suggest cutting out Port Douglas and maybe one other stop. The ice cream stop was fantastic! The Karunda tour was very well executed and the driver was fun and helpful. The Coral Tree Inn was less than desirable. The staff there seemed to be very occupied with the computer and giving information seemed to be an unwelcome distraction. The eggs at breakfast were very runny. The microwaved a plate of them for me. Charging $3 for a pool towel is not cool. Also, requiring a Facebook checkin to get wireless access is not cool. Otherwise the tour was great. The price seemed to be very reasonable for what I got. Thank you.

Best possible use of time in Cairns

The combination of the three best attractions in Cairns under the guidance of professionals who knew their business gave us a glimpse of the most colourful corals a look at Cape Tribulation and the crocodiles in the region and the pleasure of the train and ropeway ride through and above the rainforest. Too bad that the windows of the minibus to Port Douglas were not clean enough for good pictures... But those of the train could be opened!
